His name is Justin, he was on the albums until "Broadcast to the World" as the lead vocalist. He tried to kick Ali (the rapper) from the band and the rest of the band told him "no." So yeah he's not in the band anymore.

There is a song that either is copying this or this was copied from. But it sounds so similar. I've heard it in the exercise classes often, but I can't think of what it might be and it's driving me nuts.

It's not so close to be copied, but to me the chorus is reminiscent of Shattered Faith (Bad Religion) which in turn sounds exactly like The Kids Aren't All Right (Offspring)
