We went to a dance unexpectedly seeing each other there and us dancing for the first time while this song is on. You’ll be missed Roberto Zepeda 👼 You where a great friend 🙏🏻 RIP

It was sometime late in the last year, just a few weeks before the closing of the 2010s decade. It was a cool and breezy day in southern California, the grass was green and the sky was bright and blue yet plenty of clouds all around. While on a stroll through a field, I took a deep hit from my wax pen and soonafter I felt like I was up in the clouds. In my hazy moment, I put my headphones in and decided to listen to this whole album in its entirety for the first time. As this song came on, the clouds had opened up and every green blade in the big open field was lit bright as the sun's Ray's blanketed the valley. Losing myself within the moment, I ran through the field as if my energy was limitless. As my body worked with might and my soul at ease, I thought about how days like this were special, and soon I reflected on where my life had gone throughout the entire decade. I thought about how in the 2010s I transitioned from boyhood into manhood, I remembered the love I gained and lost throughout the years, the friends that I had made, the adventures I went on, historical moments I witnessed, the games that I played, the movies that I watched, and of course the music that came along with it. With only a few more days to spare within the 2010s, I felt a little sad that soon it would be gone. Yet I thought about how I lived it all and made them count. Soon, I was smiling again. Looking back now as I write this in the middle of 2020, I'm glad I had that moment with this song to share, and more than ever I miss how life used to be. Good days will come again, and I hope to live them out with so much joy and energy, yet nothing can replace the life ecstacy I experienced in the 2010s
