But later in The New Prophecy Arc, Cinderpelt died from a badger attack and Sorreltail gave birth to her kits, Cinderheart, Honeyfern, and Poppyfrost, and Cinderpelt relived her life as Cinderheart until she bacame a warrior.

When Cinderpelt died, StarClan made another Cinderpelt, ment to be Cinderpelt as warrior. And that one was called Cinderheart. (Im not that far but i learned this from internet and videos.)

That's an awfully quick assumption. Sure, she had feelings for Firestar, but there was never any indication that they were reciprocated. If she hadn't had her accident most likely nothing would have come of her and Firestar.
