What about e khatha for panchayat sites around bengaluru.panchayat officials are just collecting documents and keeping in lockers from.months together they are processing e khatha only who pays 70k . More corrupt peoples around jigani and mysore road side

The situation of making compulsory uploading of eKhata for registration is similar to over night ban of high denomination currency notes earlier during 2016 with out giving sufficient time general public for preparation !

For your information, Draft eKhata is not available for properties in all wards. BBMP are still verifying and uploading documents and issuing Draft eKhata. Owners have download Draft eKhata and then approach ARO for issue of valid eKhata. All Drafts may not be uploaded by end of 2024 or even 2025 !
