Probably the MOST beautifully, gracefully and elegantly picturised song this year in Hindi movies. Just too well done! Its beautifully sung by Rekha Bharadwaj, so amazingly videographed, with brilliant, natural expressions by Kriti Kharbanda, Vikrant Massey and other actors. The lyrics take a cue from Ramayana that literally sound as in Ramji bringing Sitaji home after the wedding ceremony and the family at home receiving the new bride with so much of affection, respect, love and warmth, and the bride getting touched by all of this. Finally a Bollywood movie showing authentic Bihari culture. I have no idea about movie but this song show the welcoming of the bride(called parichhan) so authentic that it felt I was watching my own wedding videos. While naak tk sindur and bans ke tokre me pair dalte hue dulhan ki sasural me entry or kohbar are quite evident saf saf dikh raha h but what surprised me is subtle things like pan ke patte se gaal sekna and mitti ke tukre (dhela) se dulha dulhan ka najar utarna and yes mother in law or sister in law (nanad) do wash the feet of bride .in my case it was my sister in law but in some of my relations it is mother in law who wash the feet of dulhan. Most importantly Ram Sita song as in Bihari Hindu wedding song all the bride are considered Sita and grooms as Lord Shri Ram ,every girl' father is Janak and every groom's Father is Raja Dashrath. The whole ambience of bride sitting and women were singing (we have tradition of singing halke fulke hansi majak wale song called galis while welcoming bride or groom) felt so real. Thank you director and team of this movie for showing real Bihari tradition instead of some Bollywood version .🙏
