Depression is a silent killer. Patients are so good at hiding it from the world. They disguise themselves cleverly as much as they can. Then you come to a point everything seems useless/an effort and so mentally tiring. I myself a classic example. There is always sadness/fear lurking at the back of my heart for no apparent reason. It' goes onto weeping mode. It comes and goes as if you catch a cold. I am still alive after a few decades of suffering and medication to no avail. I hide from crowds as much as I can. Don't want to be judged by others due to lack of knowledge or understanding of the condition. Avoid crowds. They would call you 'spoilsport'. Your own people start turning against you, which is so hard to take it in. I don't blame them. They are no doctors. They may think you are lazy not wanting to par take. One has to go thro' own self to figure out why. After years and years of untold pain and suffering people don't plan this. Some take their own lives at the ages of 70, 80. No premeditation. I am relating to this untold pain. It is heart breaking to have witnessed my son now too going through similar type of mental disorder. They say it's hereditary. I am dying inside million times in helplessness watching precious lives famous/not famous from around the world are getting wasted this way with no cure. Medications just suppress your behavioral pattern. There were times I couldn't make up even a simple sentence/struggling to find right words( while administering medication). It sends the Brain to a dormant state,tricking patients believe they are better. Medications need to change every a couple of years. They become ineffective . Now there are new medications with less side effects but at a very high cost. My advice is to 'tough out' if you are brave enough if medication seems ineffective. May you all get courage to live peacefully.

Got interested in Sushant's case after I accidentally scrolled on facebook a video talking about Sushant's suicide and how he was called superstar in India. I don't know about him since I'm from the Philippines. So I Started digging lots of information on youtube of him and how his life was and found out that he really was a superstar which he started from scratch until he achieved of becoming a great actor, great dancer/singer. Yet humane, kind-hearted person, generous, motivator, encourager, helpful, humble, down-to-earth person, emotional guy, stargazer, loving, caring, happy-go-lucky guy, childlike yet intelligent, full of dreams, lots of plans, a diary person, a very passionate man on his crafts, very talented, very hardworking, a man with wisdom, energetic, lively, a happy good man, very very good man, always smiling and joke around on interviews and shows, and appreciative in small things. Really lived his life to the fullest. As I have learnt all of these on how Sushant Singh Rajput lived on earth, it's really hard to believe that he committed suicide, that he was a depressed man, that he had a bipolar disorder. And now the case has been turned out to be a 'murder' case, I hope for closure of Sushant's death case. I believe that Sushant served his purpose on earth to right the wrong in Bollywood industry (whatever it is) with the help of people who believe that he was murdered and looking for thorough investigation. My heart goes for Indian people and fans all over the world who want justice for your hero and legend Sushant Singh Rajput. #JusticeForSSR 🙏 🙏 🙏

One year ago when kedarnath movie 's songs were released I used to listen to this song and jaan nissar repeatedly as I was addicted to these songs... I also used to read comments too... I have never seen any comments praising Sushant's character, his acting , the way he was soo down to earth in those comment section.... All I saw was Sara ki beauty , Sara ki humbleness, Sara's acting, Sara ki down to earth behavior, Sara ki this and that.... Afterall Saif ali khan ka beti jo thii...There wasn't a single comment appreciating Sushant's work... And now when he is no more comments are on Sushant saying Rip to him , appreciating his acting skills, his looks ,his smile... and more over begging likes for hating nepotism and bringing justice to Sushant.... What does this prove??? We people are the bloody hypocrites... If we had spend some time a year back appreciating Sushant's work and not getting over excited to comment on Sara ki this and that then may be he would have been with us now..... Kedarnath ki bahut promotion huyi thiii..... BT we didn't even care about Sushant at all.... We only saw Sara in those videos... And the best part is that the ones who are commenting praising Sushant after his death would be the same people who used to get over excited and used to praise only the star kids acting and ignore the other self made stars before his death. Note:- I do not have any problem with Sara and I have watched only her Kedarnath. And her acting was pretty much better than the struggler pandey...
