EZ lived in Dubai with his family when he was 5. I heard that he learned to speak some Arabic. He went back to Dubai 2 -3 years ago for performed there as part of a Filipino artists concert tour. He did a cover of Lose Yourself during that concert on KZbin.

Anji is his adopted brother. They aren't blood related but extremely close. Anji is the son of his stepfather from other woman. His stepfather left Anji to Hazel's(EZ Mil's mother) care, so Hazel adopted Anji and treat him as her own son. Ez's family strong ties is remarkable.

It was a true story about his step dad where Ez revealed the domestic violence and how the step dad cheated on his mom and abandoned them, leaving them in financial distress. It’s the reason why Ez at a young age realized he needed to be the man of the house and find a way to help his mom provide for the family. It’s really unfortunate it’s no longer available because it was an amazing track, but the stepdad did threaten to sue because his name was the original title. It showed how Ez got into a dark place of hate for that man and how he used music as an outlet for the anger instead of violence.

the version of FAR AWAY FROM HOME that you also need to check out is his performance on Wish's SoCal Distancing sessions, where he's playing the guitar and keyboard. if you think tgatthe piano part of this track is beautiful, it is more beautiful and impactful to see EZ play that on camera.

EZ is pretty much a one-man show, a multifaceted artist. he can rap, sing, dance, write his own songs, make his own beats, produce his own muisc, play instruments, direct and edit his own music videos...he's also a metal head. in fact, he's a metal head first before becoming a rapper. he has a separate channel for his death metal stuff called SLASHMOUTH, which also happens to be the name of his alter ego a.k.a SLASHY. you'll see him in future videos. he can do multiple genres as well other than hiphop such as pop. ballad, RnB, EDM, rock and roll and likr i said, his first love...death core/metal music. 😉😉😉

Thanks for this album review! He’s a true artist…definitely in my top 3 of this generation. It’s even more impressive to know he wrote and produced this entire body of work, including his other records. You should also check out his sister Raynn. A great start is her song with Ez featured on it, called Storm…the live performance on the Wish Bus is one of my favorites….and highly recommended!

This album is really unique. Some gatekeepers didn't like how eccentric EZ produced his album. I like variety and EZ being a genre-crosser-hybrid- artist made me realized how enjoyable it is to listen to his classic creation.I agree with your constructive mention on the song Far Away from Home, the live version is actually better.

IDK - at the end ez said "hey drake, hope its ok i used your flow in your song " Forever", just ask your filipino homies to translate it for you. You did a parody of manny pacquiao, you have filipino homies for sure." 3. The song....... was removed bec its a true story of ez and the original title is the name of ez's former stepdad who cheated on his mom. Act 1 album theme is from light to darkness. While Duality album is the opposite. The sequel track of All Hallow's Eve in Act 1 is the first track of Duality album. Duality album ended with a wedding theme song. EZ is really a clever story teller. I enjoyed your reaction.
