India’s growth story in the last 2 decades or so is a fascinating narrative of timing, opportunity and strategy. I feel the youngsters these days are at the right place at the right time and what they need to do is seize opportunities at this critical juncture. Now the big question is; are the youngsters skilled to take advantage of these opportunities? Is there a skill mismatch? What about quality of education? Do all youngsters across India have access and opportunities to education? It is indeed refreshing to see industry leaders like Zeetius and academic champions like Mar Baselios Engineering college trying to bridge the gap between industry and academia. The multi faceted approach is in the right direction; collaborative programs, internships, hackathons, tech fest etc. Way to go and all the best 👏🏻
