How are SOME of you guys unaware of the fact that friends can be mean to each other in a JOKING manner? Nothing is wrong with Zeus and Pearl's dynamic, the insults, everything, they say to each other is all in good FUN. What's that word that I just said? Fun. They are having FUN with each other, saying these things is a normal thing for them, that is just their dynamic. You do not have a right to speak on their friendship if you don't know what is truly going on with it. They are honestly great friends, even if they're a little mean to each other. Is Wax Artist really racist? I feel like people don't really look into his story and character, even I'm confused about him myself and the defenses I've seen for him are understand. But in general Wax Artist is such an annoying hunter to go against.

No, he is, sadly. I'm a wax artist main but I know he had a very narrow mindset about criminals. In fact, it was his own bigotry that led to his downfall, as he was obsessed with finding the perfect criminal and only pursued his findings through racist science studies. In the end, he himself "becomes" the perfect criminal , making him go mad and killing Jack. Honestly, not very far off of netease pushing their racist agenda on game 3 characters. (If you know about the Genji letter, you know.)

​@@table3049 Sure thing! Spoilers The participants of game 3 are Ganji, Annie, Aesop, and Victor. Basically, they portrayed Ganji as violent and unstable, with the rest of the characters treating him as subhuman and locking him up. But if you want the long story... Here it is (summarized by KarotteRAVE) The cast is all gathered at the manor and everyone is socially awkward, but Annie is seemingly afraid of Ganji due to his accent (netease words, but I'd rather say tone because it aligns more with Annie's trauma of abusive men and fear of intimidating tones). Then, supplies with drugs in them are distributed, and Annie's mental state takes a turn for the worst, possibly viewing Ganji as a hunter. Somehow, bright lights begin to happen, and it causes Ganji to freak out (he has bad experiences from being caged and gets manic episodes triggered by fire-related things). Due to the noise, Aesop and Victor come in and restrain Ganji, leaving him in a pitch-black room (possibly to help him). Annie decides to write a note of camarederie, but apparently based on the CN version, it was solely to manipulate Ganji. Orpheus and co change the note, making it sound more threatening, to which Ganji is upset and wants to eliminate the sender. Of course, at this point he doesn't trust any of them, but decides to play along. Then, Annie anf Ganji agree on meeting up, and *for some reason,* Annie makes a plan to trigger Ganji with a lantern and escape with her glider. And so she does, but Ganji had taken an elixir to numb his triggers, allowing him to struggle against Annie. Amidst everything, the lantern is knocked over by Annie, causing the room to go on fire. She escapes through the window with her glider, and Ganji's elixir begins to wear off as he tries to find an exit, ultimately causing him to have a full blown episode :(. Eventually, Annie calls Aesop and Victor for help, and somewhere along this point, Victor dies in the fire. Aesop becomes sad, and upon seeing Ganji, they both think he's completely lost it. Then, Aesop remembers his mission to end suffering and guide people to rebirth, "mercy killing" Ganji. To this, Annie freaks out, to which Aesop considers her as someone who needs to be freed as well, killing her. Once everyone is gone, he decides it's too, his time to be reborn, letting himself be consumed by the flames. Overall, there is a lot of weird and racist writing, completely scrapping their characters previous development. Also, it seems very weird to me how two of the characters involved in Ganji's doom are confirmed to be Autistic. It's all a big mess, they all deserved better than whatever this was.
