Sculptor used to be the QUEEN back in the day only matched by dream witch 💔 sadly they nerfed her statues hitboxes and now they are so hard to actually get damage from you have to be so precise or get a hit in the confusion of trying to dodge her hit + her statues 😭 i know she was hell to go up against but she was so fun

They even nerfed her chisel as well. The full presence statues were able to aim super well too. Sculptor once was such a top tier hunter it’s so sad seeing how she just gets lower and lower 💔

8:33 all chip hunters this is a way to counter them. Avoid their chip dmg forcing normal hit and wasting their resources. For galatea, it predicting and moving away from area’s that could get you chipped. Like a pallet or window for example.

As a main survivor who sometimes plays as a hunter I felt identified with your suffering xD It's better to play hunter when you're in a good mood to laugh at your own mistakes because if you start to get frustrated it becomes a horrible experience that reminds you why you don't usually play hunter. You could place your statues where you predict where the survivors will go and also in tight areas where its super hard to dodge them!(pallets,windows etc)AND you can "mix" the 2 different statues to one that locks on the nearest target helping you on getting easier chips

A really good trick with sculptor is using both abilities at the same time, if u get luck u will lock the survivor inside and will get hit for later go down when u hit them, is really good when u have a surv chaired u avoid the rescue ehehe. Did u see night watch deduction start skin?

Combines statues at max presence autoaim at the nearest survivor, so if you can't see them, you can use big statue in order to get the general idea of where they are. Gala is my main hunter (played the game for a month now), but her statue hitboxes are painful to work with, sometimes survivors just phase through them too, very cool.

I guess thats why I'm always first chase. Or when someone else is first chase and the hunter sees me, they try to get one hit on me to get rid of my extra health or switch targets entirely. Luckily I've become a decent kiter and they end up switching targets if I manage to kite around the map for long enough.

When playing Gala it makes it a lot easier to get statue hits when you place them in a + formation with the survivor in the center, because sometimes they will combine and move directly at the survivor!

What’s funny is back in my rank hunter grinding days it was geisha and Joseph HARD carrying me. When I got to crocodile level I lost SO MUCH then Sculptress came out. Won so many matches. Still play her to this day. She definitely takes a while to get use to.

Its possible to move while using the chisel, so you could theoretically chase someone and slow cipher rush at the same time but you need to know all maps very very well because you can only see an icon of how far you are from that chisel 😅 (same thing for clerk when she uses her inspect ability)

Not that I even really play hunter that often but statues are less easy to dodge when you catch them in a tight area, like when they’re trying to vault or also trying to throw some at ciphers when you chair someone with your other ability for some cipher pressure.

I think you get "over-supported" because you don't know what to commit to. In many of your cases, especially during rebound kiting, you down a Survivor (the Rescuer) and then chase the one you chaired first and then fail to down that Survivor and then go back to the downed Rescuer and, well, they've already self-healed/been healed. Also, the one that grates me the most (😅) is that you don't take advantage of ballooning a Survivor and then going for normal attacks when you're guaranteed no cooldown.

True my playstyle is very aggressive. I tried downing one survivor and then camping the chair, but whenever I do that it usually just ends in a tie. I like trying to spread out damage and force survivors off ciphers. My aggressive strategy (which maybe only suits Night Watch) gives me a better chance for a 4k.

I’m binging once again, and I’m trying to take home boys suffering seriously but every “skill issue” “this is more then a skill issue” slide between the matches keeps making me giggle😭 Also it may have been a bit harder bc I believe you play PC and she, Bonbon, Antonio, and probably a few other hunters are more mobile coded than made for PC - at least in my experience

galatea is def one of the best hunters on paper, however her nerf years ago dropped her from the meta. kuroshiro on youtube was 1st gala on naeu (i say was because im not sure if he is currently, but he normally has an s badge either way!) and he makes videos with her. he sometimes surrenders still, proving even in high tier shes just easily countered with todays meta. shes very fun once you learn her, but survs these days can run around her statues unfortunately
