Älskar man segelbåtar så gör man, hon var fin den svarta skönheten. Har haft turen att få segla ut från Norrköping till Landsort ombord på JK7 Velsheda 1985 när Sail Bråviken var en del av Tall Ships Race. Kommer aldrig att raderas från mitt minne hoppas jag. Tänk om man hade haft en kamera då.. Men Ammonite är riktigt fin Kaj.

Roald Amundsen sailed to Bocas del Toro and came back to Colón, so they didn't go through the Panama Canal to the Pacific. They're currently in Havanna and will continue to Bermuda, Horta and back home to Germany.

My mistake! Do you know if they will go along Amerikas East Coast and then from there head out or they will head more direct to Bermuda?

They will sail more or less direct to Bermuda, maybe a short stop at the Bahamas. My compliments, a good and detailed overview of the situation SBM then. It is nice to recall it at home. From above of Roald Amundsens deckshouse - I'm the man with the radio - it looked the same. The speed of the anchor windlass controlled the speed of the manoever.

Hey Captain, may I ask you a question? -In your latest video where you're on a passage to Cuba, you got checked by the US coast guard. Do they really have a right to do that? You were in international waters I presume so doesn't international maritime law protect you from that?

The American coast guard and navy check boats and ships in almost every ocean in the world. I believe it's part of the antiterrorism, drug smuggling crap

@@AgentRafa I believe they have agreements with most of the countries they are near for searching vessels especially in the Caribbean for all the drug and immigration problems
