Yes you can sign to your gmail account using the native huawei Email App. The apps that you cannot installed are KZbin, Maps, etc.

I have tested the Clash of Clans on Nova 7 SE. You can install coc via Aptoaid but you cannot use your googleplay account to login. You can register your gmail for a Supercell ID. ONLY SUPERCELL ACCOUNTS CAN LOGIN TO COC ON NOVA 7SE.
