Zeiram is pretty cool. Started watching the OVA series on Tubi and honestly this is a franchise that could be pretty popular again today if it got a new movie. Heck, I can see it being a video game. It would be interesting to get to see more of Iria's world or her other bounties.

Man, the designers went nuts with this movie. The mechanical design of Iria's equipment is great, Zeiram and his biomechanical gun are awesome even if his most of his little clone minions look kinda goofy (I love the really gross one covered in faces though, that's good practical effects body horror) and I even love BOB's UI and avatar with it's weird cyber Buddhist aesthetic.

Thanks for posting. Iria is my childhood, and honestly, even in the hurricane of other animes occurring at that time, Iria: Zeiram the animation still stands out so much amongst the rest. Even it's opening track is one of the best opening tracks ever made.

This honestly makes so many things that still felt off and unanswered feel like they make much more sense for me (save for Letby’s actual psychological motives, of course). It would seem that those who believed Letby to be guilty from the beginning and those who felt she was a scapegoat for an egregious coverup by the hospital were both correct (minus the part about her just being a scapegoat). Both Letby AND the hospital are to blame. This final revelation ptoves that there was a bit of truth in everyone’s theories, despite the years of so many arguments in the comments. It was absolutely unspeakable, at least partially avoidable, and heinous what happened to the infants involved, so (it should go without saying) I am not pleased by that outcome whatsoever, but this explanation that vindicates elements of both theories (which both had equal validity, but certain gaps in them that this fills in) does please me, personally. For myself, having now heard the info regarding thiis coverup, I think I can comfortably, and with a massive sigh (not of relief, but closure), say that this will likely and thankfully be my last comment in the discourse on here relating to this case.
