If any stylus is Not ok in the sense of calibration not ok can we do the calibration for the single stylus again instead of ruining the whole thing again. Facing this issue,please suggest if any other way it is possible.

Yes you can calibrate just that one stylus that is not ok, but try to do it from the calibration window not from the program.

Thank you for the video. I believe this process would be considered a stylus qualification. Calibration is only performed by a authorized Zeiss technician.

Yes you are right. We use here the term calibration when we do the qualification but in English the correct term is Qualification. Nevertheless I hope the information is good for you !

What is the difference between standard and robust?

Sensitive : suitable for high precision, slow speed and small stylus diameter. Standard : Default setting. Robust : Intended for rough surfaces to be probed at high speed and reduced precision. Information taken from Calypso help material.
