Zeiss SL-130 Slit Lamp Squeaky Rotating Diaphragm Issue

Thank you for taking your time in making great videos. Your videos have really helped me in troubleshooting and repairing a lot of slit lamps. Recently, I worked on Zeiss SL120 slit lamp. I did a thorough cleaning, and lubricated the moving parts. The only problem I couldn’t solve was the dual/double image produced. No matter how well I adjusted the eyepiece and other parts. Kindly guide me to fix this problem. Thank you!
