Erin Jaeger is the only character in anime where we saw him as a protagonist but the whole time we were seeing how he became evil. Imagine other villains you actually hate but what was their stories? Could you imagine how different we'd feel? It's crazy how our emotions can be manipulate. AOT is amazing writing ✍️

I disagree. Glowing eyes representing a villain is such an overdone trope. It'd take away from the expression. Eren's face here is extremely cold, deadpan, unemotional. It's for audience members that didn't see Eren turning "evil" until Grisha begs Zeke to stop him. The expression is meant to be enough coldness to get the audience to try reading his intentions and questioning his true motive. Glowing eyes would reduce it to an immediate answer: "Oh, he's definitely evil." It's too simple. It'd also look cheesy as hell.
