I've never seen anyone tic tac the ball with the control that you display in this tutorial. What are the the focus points that you use to maintain control like that. Are you hitting the ball dead center with the center of the player's foot ? Is there a certain way to hold the handle or movement with hand? Is there some technique that you practiced that helped develop this ability? Is there some imaginary focus point that you use? Like the way a pool shooter will image a ball touching the object ball of his shot in line with the intended pocket on a cut shot.

NIce! I've been working on the tic-tac into push side sling Hamilton style. Loved this tutorial.

Thanks. Yea this tic tac series is inspired by Rob Atha and Happy Ham!

@Jose Valerio Yes it's possible to mix the tic tac with a pull shot. Almost like a rolling pull series. Whenever i do a tic tac series, i'll throw in a pull shot option. I'll add this to my suggestion box and make a video to show you what i mean.

+Unreal Foos Hi Zeke, thank you so much for the videos. Some truly great material. I've come across some unbelievable tic-tac shooters on Italian style tables. Their main arsenal seems to consist of 4 different kick shots - two pull-kicks (short and long) and two push-kicks (also short and long) - in a mirror image fashion. They can go into any of those 4 shots with ease after reading the defense while moving the ball between 1st and 3rd guy on the 3-rod. It's almost like a stick pass series for the 3-rod. :) Have you ever encountered that particular technique before? Thanks again.

So i am a great fan of push/pull shots and tic tacs. But in austria we play on the garlando world champion table and i enjoy it every time i have a strong opponent. Thxs zeeke for this video.

pretty cool

Yes it will definitely be a bit slower and you will have to compensate for the lopsided ball moving in different directions. But it can be done. I have tic tac'ed on a Bonzini table and the same type of issue.

Could you maybe do a tutorial on grips? I'm starting to get a hang of the push-, pullshots and even the snake is going pretty good, but I can't do them fast / hard enough yet.. Love your videos btw!

How about some UNREAL Rollover and Box to Box defensive, tut's Zeke ? Going to CO, Nov 2 ??
@zekefooser12 жыл бұрын
You should be able to do this on a Leonhart table. Heck you can do it on a Bonzini.
@ManuNorris133712 жыл бұрын
Is this also possible on the german leonhart table? Or is it like really difficult?

Do you mean how to hold the handle to improve speed and power?

Alright... :P Thanks for your reply. I guess I'll never reach that level with the time I spend in front of the table XD What would you say is the most effective offensive scoring technique that you can acquire to a reasonable level with the least amount of effort in terms of hours spent training? (: Thanks!

If you were to practice everyday for an hour and only do the tic tac over and over then it would take at least a couple months. However if practice more then it may take less time. However it does depend on.the person and it may take years in some cases.

Hey can this only be done on a flat table we have a table at our high school and its not very flat so when ever i try this i could only get two hits before the ball goes out of range for me to reach it. Is that just lac of practice or the table

I like this video, can u upload ,,push kick'' and ,,pull kick'' shots tutorial? :-)
@JackJX11 жыл бұрын
This might be a difficult question to answer as it depends on the individual, but how long would u say it takes to reach a good level of tic tac ball control (not yet taking shots, just moving the ball) with good speed and precision? Without losing the ball ofc...

I'm kinda a pullshot player. Is it possible to mix the tic tac with a pullshot?
@mayankgupta25436 жыл бұрын
Yes yes yes i m having problem, problem in keeping the ball in between the two foosmen after one or two tic tac. There must be a write way of doing it, isn't it. I dont want to blindly practice it doing incorrectly, then see where it went wrong, and then try something different, and the hit and trail goen on, rather i would be great if someone tells me what mistakes beginners do, and how to do it correctly. Hoping a reply

Are you playing on a Tornado or a different table? Tornado men have a thicker foot than say a Garlando so of you're trying to do a tic tac on a European table the feel is completely different. Remember to go slow at first and then work your way up.
@girtzy8 жыл бұрын
What kind of table is that? I know it's a Tornado but does it have a more specific name? My parents got me a cheap $200ish Sports Craft table, or something like that, from Disk's Sporting Goods, which I appreciated and it was fun to play on at first, but I want to get a nicer one. I replaced the men on mine with Tornado men to try to make my table more bearable but I'd rather just get a new one all together. I was thinking of getting a Warrior table because I've been told that they're nice but I've see this specific Tornado table in a lot of videos and I wanted to know what kind of Tornado table this is so I can check it out. Any opinions on what table I should get would be helpful. I know tables can get into the thousands of dollar range but I'd like to not have to buy a table that's more than $700. Thank you

Well i find it is much more difficult on the German tables, because the feet are smaller and the Ball is softer and not so perfectly round...

I got a foosball table for a gift a while ago and until now it's just sat in my garage, but a couple days ago me and some buds tried it out and it was pretty fun. Only problem is, the players feet are f****** HEXAGONS, WTF.
@zekefooser9 жыл бұрын
No worries man. Even with those cheapy tables you can still have fun and do some shots and passes. In order to make it more fun you may want to get a better ball. Hopefully it's not one of those balls that looks like a real soccer ball and it's hard plastic because it's really hard to pin. You may look at getting a tornado ball from amazon or another store online.
@confucheese9 жыл бұрын
Unreal Foos Ya, it is one of those "authentic" soccer balls made of hard plastic. I'll probably order a tornado ball later today.

Try leveling your table and getting a different ball (like a tornado ball that has a true roll). Not sure what type of table you have.
