I prefer locus if you're a situational player that sometimes being passive is a must but in some instances you need to be aggressive. And it is a beginner friendly gun.

My Top 5 Snipers : #1 LW3-Tundra (Simply the best, you can put silencer, FMJ, magazine and all you need is one attachment for a fast ADS time and you don't need a laser) #2-3 DL Q33 and Locus (tie for me because you can put silencer on DL Q33 and it feels smoother for me personally especially when slide cancelling but without laser Locus has the better ADS Time and ADS animation) #4 Koshka (It's a fast and good for aggresive plays, plus you can put a silencer or fast switch because the mag already has penetration, the downside only for me is the ADS animation and scope) #5 ZRG (Feels like another DL Q33 for me and it's kinda smooth and good for BR)

Very happy to finally see someone acknowledge the power of the outlaw, it is the fastest, biggest mag, fastest firing sniper (not counting xpr) the only reason people dont use it or consider it good, is simply because it gets hit markers on anything below chest and head. Wow a sniper that requires accuracy to 1 hit kill, almost like thats what EVERY OTHER GAME DOES. If youre actually a skilled sniper, outlaw is by far the absolute best. If you're not as accurate or skilled with a sniper, the other easy 1 shot snipers are your go to until you gain that skill
