this theme makes me so sad. i can just imagine Link slowly figuring out and remembering what happened. his friends are all gone, the love of his life is trapped in the castle, and his once beautiful kingdom has been destroyed. especially after playing hyrule warriors it makes BOTW so much more emotional to know he had so many people by his side, just to lose them all and wake up alone. this theme always makes me think of what his emotions must have been like throughout the story line of BOTW. :(

The song is very sad making it a good fit for botw it really adds to the game that your mission is to free your kingdom And when you finally beat the game you feel so accomplished the good music adds to the feeling to Nintendo went over the top and there work is amazing

When I finished the game man....omg. I bought the console (Nintendo switch) in 2017, along with BoTW. I finished it in 2020 during summer, and I'm so glad I did then :)
