I don't understand it. It feels like we're playing The Legend of Zelda equivalent of Mario maker. Giving the character a map editor ruins any semblance of challenge and progression. Why would you waste time learning anything this game has to teach you when you can spam objects to go out of bounds and creatures to do tasks for you?

It s super neat that they decided to bring back a boss from the oracle games into a new 2D zelda thats focused on puzzle solving

1:39:45 SPOILERS: So this dungeon’s boss is based off of an Anomalocarid? Fascinating!

1:29- So that's what happens when you complete the first set of stamp collection. 2:30- I didn't think the blue crystal would be hiding in there. 6:28- So that's how the Great Fairy looks like in this game. 14:37- That's a pretty clever way of trapping the boss. 14:55-15:08, 15:37-16:34 - So in 2nd and 3rd phases, the boss will split itself up, and you must find a way to combine itself. Very interesting. 22:28- Could the real Lord Jabu-Jabu have been replaced by the imposter due to the rift? 37:08- That's not good. 44:50-45:28 - Oh boy. 45:57-46:09 - Yeah, that was not a good idea for them to play at this state. 46:52- Oh no! 56:38- So that's the power of Sea Zora music. 1:01:13- Completing the sidequest for longer underwater breathing time is totally worth it. 1:10:13- And that's the power of River Zora music. 1:11:02- Yay, the River and Sea Zora chiefs are back together again! 1:13:48-1:14:07 - There you go! 1:18:08- Nice to see that the two Zora swallowed up by the fake Zora are fine. That's the real Lord Jabu-Jabu at the 1:22:38 mark and General Wright at the 1:22:44 mark. 1:23:15, 1:24:20- Curses! 1:39:56- You're that thing that created a whirlpool to suck Zelda in! 1:40:48- That was it? You made the boss battle look easy. 1:42:38- Oh really? 1:45:09- Zora Orchestra!

I find pretty weird how Zelda is capable to swim like this without any kind of help. Leaving aside the fact that normally Link needs Zora's Flippers to swim at all in this specific type of game, in this game Zelda swims throught an entire river and a freaking sea and goes under waters that are VERY deep with her sole strengths. I mean I know that this just a game, this is how the general mechanics of it work and I shouldn't think much of it, but frankly Zelda isn't quite the character I'd see like a pro swimmer really.

Considering the royal family's secret escape route from castle in the prologue is a wholeass waterway she needs to dive and swim freely through, I imagine in this game, all Hylian royals are required to be extremely good swimmer and diver 🤔

Those royal swimming lessons must be really intense thought, because again, she can cross an entire sea by swimming and dive throught really deep waters all on her own, something I wouldn't expect from a character like her, this seems more a thing for characters of the style Lara Croft and Nathan Drake really.
