HMK - I found the First Dungeon in Tears of the Kingdom trailer, when LINK uses the Rewind ability , as he goes up, look to the Right side of the Dualing Peaks , there is a Shrine there w/ swirling GREEN energy, similar to 1st Trailer in the cave w/ Ganondorf.

This is groundbreaking. In BOTW, enemies would use different weapons, but the only real difference was the varying strength of those weapons. In TOTK, the moment you encounter a new enemy, you immediately have to think of how to uniquely counter their abilities, and use their own weapons and powers against them. Absolutely stunning game mechanics

Yea it seems like this mechanic can fully solve the variety issue from BOTW. Now in this game u can go up against 4 bokoblins but they may all have completely different and unique weapons, keeping combat fresh.

@@lightning13clair29 Nobody said combat was bad in BOTW. The only point I was making was that combat in TOTK seemed a lot deeper and more interesting. If you encountered a camp of bokoblins, the only variety in that camp is that some use melee weapons, and some use range weapons. In TOTK, if you find a camp of bokoblins, even those wielding melee weapons will have DIFFERENT KINDS of weapons that do DIFFERENT THINGS that you have to carefully and strategically prepare for and counter. The point I was making to begin with was just this. Not that BOTW combat was bad, but that TOTK combat was simply better. Nothing more, nothing less

The fuse ability opens up so many possibilities it's almost intimating. I wonder what will happen if you fuse a bomb with your shield. Will it hurt Link and the enemy or will it just hurt the enemy?

@@lightdarksoul2097 Usually in games shields are used to stop or at least minimize damage to the person using the shield. So with a bomb infused shield, the bomb being on the other side of the shield from Link might not hurt link or could still hurt link but with less damage while doing massive damage to the monster or whoever is attacking link with melee or just hitting from close enough range. It could send Link flying back some or not at all and could definitely send the attacker flying. At least this is how I figure the possibility of using a bomb infused shield. We'll just have to wait and see. When the game comes out, I'll definitely be experimenting with whatever stuff I find! >:)

I don't see them making us do koroks again at least not in the same way as someone said they saw a korok in the gameplay with a backpack so maybe it's like trading things to them this time

I know, better than anyone, that they've barely scratched the surface of this game and I'm already hyped because 1. The fuse ability will come in handy 2. The Zonai have been confirmed which means more lore-heavy discoveries and 3. The OLED TOTK edition looks sick.

Most likely a separate component, as stamina is just tied to Link. Remember the trailer with the car like vehicle? It has a sorta battery attachment to it.

I already think you have to do something to upgrade the battery power. The fans had the green writing on them that correlate with your hand and the energy. 8:55 2 fans slowly drained the boat's power and 9:36 4 absolutely decimated it. I think there are some islands that won't have the ability to be reached via recall/rewind. Like in the still shot at 9:16 top left. I feel like some places will be accessed later in the game once you have the ability to actually travel far with a vehicle because at 9:19, it looks like he is using 4 fans and away from everything. We'll have something like spirit orbs or tears maybe to upgrade battery?

I noticed that the constructs with "eggs" on their shoulders are NPC, so some zonai tech is corrupted or it's some sort of training that link does to become a true zonai warrior ? Also, at 9:55 , we can see the cubic mob that appeared in the last trailer in the distance, it seems like the cubes are stacked until you fight it + it's scanning with the same red detector as the construct guys. It seems to be the same area too. This game is gonna be so complete ! Just thinking that for the arrow, there is technically at least 100 merged type possible based on all the collectable items. I now imagine that in endgame you fuse the master sword with some zonai objects, or maybe you place directly the triforce at the base of the blade, in the triforce marking ! 44 days to go !!!

And “Mandom” was used similarly… no actually straight-up to Ekko’s ability that i never played LOL before but know it has those exact “6 seconds” limit because of Arcane. Meanwhile “Crazy Diamond” has had uses similar to rewinding trajectories.
