I've put over 100 hours into Tears of the Kingdom at this point, and can very safely say it's my favourite Zelda game! One of its most memorable sequences occurs near the very beginning, as you step out of a cave and start to explore a massive set of ruin-covered floating islands. The detached phrases you hear in this theme echo the aesthetics of the environment you're exploring - this is the musical equivalent of exploring half-buried ruins which hint at former glory. Like so much of the BotW and TotK soundtracks, this track depicts a sense of place with unmatched precision and profundity.
I hope you enjoy what I've done with it - I'm reluctant to break out the green-screen if I can avoid it these days, but this track definitely deserved the extra work!
Thanks to @JDmusicwoodwinds for his transcription of this piece, which was an immense help towards getting my arrangement of this piece rolling!
