Considering the fact that by last 10 years means up to 1999 I have to slightly disagree since Majora's Mask came out in 2000 and that's in my opinion the best of the series. But yes Wind Waker is a very underrated game. It definately outranks Twilight Princess on a scale of good games and goes just behind MM and Ocarina of Time.

It blows my mind to think that someone could EVER mock this game. This and Ocarina of time are the best Zelda games of all time. The art+music marriage presented in this game is STILL UNmatched in my most sincere opinion. It has aged extremely well (still BEAUTIFUL today) and it has a sense of mystery, freedom, huge and beautifuly sunny and peaceful vistas to be explored, and a transcending magic to it that its hard to explain.
