From her actions, I thought danzo was controlling tsunade. But it was Orochimaru, and she's paying worse price. Naruto should at least forgive tsunade and the Shinobi Council. If Naruto doesn't claim his inheritance soon, danzo and the civilian council will take it for themselves.
