The incentive is to throw the US to wage war ; I mean . The US is "The" country that has enough inventory and stockpile of wepons and ammunition to really fight multiple wars at the same time. I used to have a high opinion of most retired US military Generals who appeared on TV to offer their opinion about conflicts around the world. That has completely changed.
