In Ukraine itself ? I’d say a pretty good amount after all men under the age of 27 haven’t been mobilized. I think in the new bill passed recently it lowered that age to 25. But besides that the ukrainian government has reached out to the ukrainians who fled ukraine and in the new law it states the ukrainians abroad are eligible to be mobilized or stripped of certain rights.

I listened to the whole interview. Putin said the war was actually initiated when the west constantly went back on their word to the point where NATO was now planning on expanding into Ukraine. Putin thus had no option but to push back! Interesting is that during this period Russia has overtaken all countries in their economic growth, irrespective of the sanction. I believe the west needs to re-assess its international approach!
