I am a Moroccan citizen who lives in USA, born in Sidi Boubker in Morocco also know by Zelidja Mines and I belong to that location by race and blood. The French government, at the time of colonialisation or protectorat as the French like to call it, of Morocco between 1912 and 1956, used these mines to extract huge quantity of Zinc and Copper and other materials to benefit France at the expense of the indigenous people. France left a big pile of white Sand the size of a mountain, which creates daily Dust Bowl. Also, The land beneath The small town is Hollow which creates some sink holes once in a while. Many people died in these sink holes. On the economic side, French usury of the land impoverished the indigenous people, as French like to call then, and left them with shattered lives and economic disarray.. I am respectfully, asking the France government to work on a REPARATION to correct the environmental crime and the economic usury inflicted on the original people and the area, and the underdevelopment and poverishment of the same people. I am speaking on behalf of these poor people and the land of Sidi boubker in Morocco. Please open a dialogue with me for the details of my request in written form. I am a Civil Engineer and I can help to implement the engineering work. The plan for reparation request is: 1- Support and fiancé a project to develop sewer line system and drinking water to the habitants of Sidi Boubker at this time. 2- Find a way to Control the white sand dust. 3- Clean up the city and revitalize it from the dust overflowing homes (Some abandoned homes have 1 meter of sand over the floor).Sincerely, A concern citizen protecting human rights. please also, you can contact me at 559-443-9066
