This is the best homemade

✅The ingredients are
✅Potrebno e
✅1 kg flour/ Brasno
✅350 ml warm water/
mlaka voda
✅Organic butter ✅( Domasna mast

✅2 tsp yeast / kvasec
✅1 tsp sugar / seker
✅1 tbs flour / brasno
✅For the filling
✅3 eggs / jajca
✅1 kg ricotta and feta cheese
✅Urda i sirenje
✅Green onion / mlado kromidce
✅Leeks /Praz
✅Bake it on 380 for 45 min
to one hour
✅Se pece na 200c za 45 min do saat

The kora is almost exactly the way my mother used to make it many years ago. I have been looking for it for a long time so thank you. We called it pita or banitsa…zelnik is like this one or others with green vegetables. It’s all delicious! My Mom used to throw her dough down on the table and beat it up. What a great memory. She would also lay the top kora in the same way as here and fold over the ends the same way…thank you!

@@babaanceskitchen your mother taught you well! Thanks again for sharing. One last thing. my mother liked being called Baba and once she became my son’s Baba almost 50 years ago, she was Baba. As my son grew up, all his friends would also call her Baba and after a few years, when someone would ask her name, she would just say “ call me Baba”. Chistito nova godina!
