A look at the ZEMAN factory floor in April 2020. CEO Dr. Andreas Hofer shows you the latest innovations up close: SBA Compact+, the exciting AGV Autonomous Guided Vehicle (Plate Patroller) which brings plates automatically from the Scanning and Plate Sorting (SPS) station to the SBA Conti, a Steel Beam Assembler where beams are completed fully automatically using our latest robotic technology. Our software has a new feature, Synchro: tacking and welding at the same time. See it in action! These innovations as well as automatic on-and-offloading make a 24/7 shop with as few as two workers per shift into a reality.
