How's does one secure it when on hard ground... meaning can't pound in pegs....?
@SnowysOutdoors6 ай бұрын
It'd be a great idea to have hex pegs in your kit for hard ground. Alternatively you'd need to find some way of anchoring it, perhaps to trees or nearby instalments. ~ Lauren

Aside from the smaller packed up footprint are there other advantages over a classic steel gazeebo that you can have popped up and ready to go in a couple of minutes with less complexity and generally much cheaper?
@chickencast13 жыл бұрын
If you are buying into the zempire ecosystem then you can link the gazeebo to the marque, ensuring that in the event of rain there are no pesky gaps for water to fall through. Also steel gazeebo are probrably more susceptible to water pooling in the corners. (the zempire ecosystem is $$$ though)

I think the flexibility of the air poles is the primary benefit over a steel gazebo, Babadook. If a steel gazebo gets caught up in the wind, it usually ends up in a tangled mess of metal and torn fabric, whereas the air poles just flex and pop back into place. They are also far less fiddly to put up, just peg, then pump. ~ Ben

@@SnowysOutdoors i agree that if i was one person setting up the air frame would be easier than a steel gazeebo, i think that 3-4 people can setup a steel gazeebo way faster than an air gazeebo (and don't forget about the metal brow poles you need to pit into the air tent anyway, far more fidly than a steel gazeebo)

We’ve got one and it’s great. We saw a family a few sites down have their aluminium gazebo destroyed by the wind. Just ordered a few extra sides for an upcoming Winter camp. I’m 6’6” and need to duck to enter, but inside it’s sufficiently tall enough.

Major benefit is that it will withstand much stronger winds than a metal frame. My Aerobase has survived winds that destroyed my previous metal frame Coleman. The flexibility is the key. It is worth the extra $$$’s

It is something Zempire have discontinued, Fang, I'm not sure why they chose to do this through. ~ Ben

What is the difference between the Aerobase V2 and the Pro?
@SnowysOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
The Pro series utilises a heavier duty fabric which also has a higher UPF rating, Peter. If you are going to use it a lot then the Pro series may be a better long term investment, but the regular Aerobase is still made with good quality fabrics and has all the same features otherwise. ~ Ben

All that set up just for a shade? I Rather enjoy the sun

I can't really be bothered with this type of shelter either, Bravo16, but it's a great option to keep kids in the shade whilst still being outside or for outdoor activities on really hot days. ~ Ben
