Every single night i listen to this and then every morning while i sleep before work. I have been listening to this sound every night and morning for 3 years sraight since i was 15. Has helped so much with my anxiety and gives me such a good sleep all my bones relaxed and slowly getting deeper and deeper into my bed. Never delete this. This will always be my go to zen music.

Tranquility, and harmonious, this is exactly the type of Zen garden I would build into a seniors retirement community, that would have everything for the residents to become renewed and rejuvenated, without any worry or stressors in their lives, but plenty of travel, recreational activities, exercise, massage therapy and meals that are nutritious and tasty. Such beautiful music and beautiful trees and all of nature. Japan is that place where I would love to go to get away from it all and to live in harmony, it's such a beautiful country and I have always been very fond of it. Even though I'm a guy, I would love to have my own cherry blossoms trees swinging back and forth to a slight breeze and to witness their beauty.
