4:46 that was probably the only time i've seen metagross' unite actually feel like a unite LOL also it shocks me that you can interrupt zen headbutt, why would they make a skill shot be able to be cancelled like that, I think it should at minimum get hinderance resistance

Venusaur was probably high level so early because sludge bomb decreases special defence and confusion mime can deal even more damage. Venu probably got a decent amount of last hits after mime bursted down most of their hp.

eh i think metagross is fine. at times it does feel too squishy for some reason and the cd on meteor mash is definitely way too high so i guess it could use some slight buffs but it's fine overall. oh and its unite move needs to make him unstoppable or something, it feels like it gets cancelled most of the times

I feel like the thing that could make it good is if every move that it has gives it a free boosted like Mimikyu has. That would at least mitigate the problem of having a high CD. Other than that, while I do think that Metagross is good, it definitely needs some buffs to make it strong but not OP.

As an outrage dragonite enjoyer, metagross feels underpowered. Too squishy without good sustain, not enough damage besides meteor mash, high af cool downs. They just have it fire more boosted auto attacks

Zen headbutt has good utility thanks to the range and lower cooldown but i just love to see the damage of magnet rise followed by a meteor mash, both movesets are solid

@@Skrantzy16 i saw it too, Metagross just needs a small buff to the unite move and maybe to the cooldown reduction effect but since that can make gyro ball too strong the safe option can be a small cooldown reduction to meteor mash

Gyro Ball feels a lot better than on the test server but Metagross is too weak to really make use of it. Meteor Mash, whilst having a massive cooldown, at least gives Metagross solid burst, and can potentially one shot squishies if you have a level lead

I still think Gyro Ball/Zen Headbutt is the way to go right now until they lower Meteor Mashs cooldown. But then they will more than likely reduce its damage as well.

I played metagross for only 2 matches but overall i think its a better release that mewscarada Overall my favorite playstyle is magnet rise and gyro ball with resonant guard with double stack , it needs some buffs here and there , specially the unite move , but overall , its not a bad release
