Please don't take this the wrong way because she's an fabulous dancer and has a very smooth pretty voice. She just doesn't look like a natural on stage: constantly fixing her hair, smiling like "oh I'm having so much fun" when to me she looks like she's reassuring the audience that she's having fun. Her performance doesn't look like it comes natural to her to me.
