I don't know why he said that the display is "over saturated". It is exactly the opposite my friend. I believe it is the most colour accurate display under 20k. Check out Digit's display comparison of the max pro m1 and the rn5 pro. OR MR phone's review of the max pro m1.. THAT STATEMENT WAS HIGHLY MISLEADING.

Hey mate! Actually it was tested on par with the OnePlus 6 & Honor 9 display. The Red & Orange colors where highly contrasted. The intensity was Popping out a bit extra. That's majorly why I used that particular wallpaper (on the video)

Totally not offensive mate. But to bring to your attention, let me just rephrase the previous comment. "That's not just a blind folded info. I personally tested it out with OnePlus 6 and Honor 9 on par. " All the information in the video are personally tested before scripting. We went onto test after users started to comment on the oversaturation. Even the threads that were referred were tested Atleast once before confirming. Color accuracy depends on the intensity of that particular Color. It's just not depth of black and exposure of white. Anyways happy to know you are fine with the display mate.

1)This is the most color accurate display in the 15k price range compared to those awfully blue Redmi displays. 2)It gives 10-11 hrs screen time without battery saver which is extremely good for a 6 inch FHD+ display.No one would like to sacrifice performance just for that extra juice

I think the build quality of asus way more better than mi a2 Check out the durability videos of both phone on durability mark Also the display of asus is better than both xiaomi devices because they are on the cool colour. Like blue display The display on the asus is good for the eyes Also almost 11 hrs of battery backup on playing heavy games and other things

Using it ! It's a fantastic device how much you are paying for, I find no battery issue as such , it provide how much 5000mah battery should provide, it's only 5000 not (50000) mAh, stock Android is much better than any skin , no problem if it comes with a few extra app.

To be clear. 1. The video doesn't claim any battery issues on the device. I have said that for a 5000mAh its not properly optimized. As it can serve even better. 2. Stock android is meant to be clean and no bloatware. That's why people love stock android. "It's not about how much better it is than other skins" 3. We're reviewers and have to be honest. So can't just say good things. By the way there is no 100% perfect product as such. Anyways happy to know that you love the smartphone. #Asus

This is extremely a tough question. Both the phones share the same specs. 1. If display is your priority then go for x6, as it has higher pixel density. 2. If battery is your major concern then max pro m1 Only display and battery will be a factor for you to decide. Other things they both almost share the same stuff. Also max pro m1 weighs 30gms more than x6

I don't think there is anything lined up for this year in the budget end man. All the hyped smartphones are released. Further we will be having more premium smartphones coming around September and November. If audio jack is not a concern then why don't you get the Mi A2? Also go for the black version.

How safe is it to install gcam on max pro without rooting it? There are so many videos explaining the process to install gcam but will it affect the phone in any harmful way or create bugs??

It doesn't have any affect on your phone. The gcam makes a huge difference on the camera performance.

Firstly, does the Max Pro has the manual camera settings or not (manual settings should include focus, shutter speed, ISO, WB)? From my perspective, now a days I prioritize build quality over anything and everything, so the 6 gigs variant of Max Pro suits my taste better.

Colour accuracy could have been better. The Reds and greens are indeed oversaturated. The what's app icon looks so different in this phone. But these are minor issues. It has major connectivity issue, specially if you are staying in a area with low Joi 4G signal. My previous phone(LG k10) outperforms in this area. Afterall connectivity is the most vital issue of a smart phone.

i felt the display is far better than mi a1. my old phone was mi a1 and asus m1 is far better tha mi a1 and build quality is just awesome and i didnt find any heating issue till now maybe because i got an update last week and the battery performance is really good i play pubg 3 to 5 games daily and i charge my phone one time for two days. i think i didnt go through all the negatives you said because of the update i guess.
