Zengenji stair railroad crossing (upper and lower) near Tsuruga Station.

I went to Zengenji Railway Crossing (upper and lower), which is located in the middle of the staircase railway crossing between Tsuruga Station and Shinhikita Station.
There is a difference in height between the upper and lower tracks, giving the railroad crossing a three-dimensional appearance.
