This is something I would do as a bored karate kid in the eighties. Slowly I began to apply it to my Uke (partner who receives the technique) in the dojo. Nothing revolutionary, but I hope you had fun watching!

Interesting. The way to break the leg is fine, but a stance with the knee over the toes will not work for me. Our Zenkutsu Dachi ( in Kyokushin) is much deeper. That is for building strength and opening/stretching the hips as much as possible. So we use the stance to build strenght, be more flexible, and of course build character. A low Zenkutsu Dachi over time is bloody painful, ha ha. So, in this low position, knee over toes will injure you knee. I teach my students to have the knee over the heel, and even move the foot just a little bit forward to save the knee, but still build the strength. Osu.
