Zenless Zone Zero CO-OP is Almost Perfect But…

We found co-op in Zenless Zone Zero! The community has been waiting to see if co-op was ever going to be added in ZZZ and thanks to Hoyoverse, it's finally been implemented! In this video, we go over how to access co-op and what they can improve upon before full release.

Its not even coop, the only coop thing you can do is a 3 times a WEEK boss battle. The rest is single player. Wish o could play with my mates and do cool coop stuff, but guess not

Im confused on how co-op works because how do u charge your ults? And how does it look when your teammates use their ult?

Gacha games will never incorporate "challenging" engagements, because the power balance is skewed towards five star units (that's why they are 5 stars). If "overcoming" that challenge is best done through premium units instead of free ones, then the game becomes unfair to non-spenders as they won't be able to do what their whale counter-parts can. That will ultimately kill the F2P crowd, which severely hinders the game's growth.

I can understand this to a degree but I feel like what I'm specifically asking for is what they are doing with Honkai Star Rail. The end game for the game is currently challenging to end-game players (MOC) and you can still build your way there. I just want something similar but with Co-op. They already added their own version of MOC to ZZZ in the beta now so I believe they'll find a way.

​@@SolessSolXSAs someone that played both Genshin and Star rail, i agree. Star rail was executed really well, every character is playable if you want, reason why i use weaker characters for a better challenge, but you can still play it really well.

I got some faith for co-op, normally it is rare for hoyoverse to always really do much co-op wise I hope they do take advantage of it. this is always their weak point for their games, and most popular thing people want from them. Genshin is their only game where any co op related feature is atleast good, like hide n seek etc events they had

Why do you need coop to enemies who dont attack?

They do its just the enemies get confused when multiple players are playing that's why its not that good at the moment. Hopefully they improve it

@SolessSolXS and the game has been in development for years. Pretty sure they knew the enemies attacked way less in coop mode. But that's how the devs want it so it's cool

I think this game will benefit heavily with more souls like ai at the higher difficulties. I want bosses to have un-interruptible attacks, and room for skill expression with damage windows only open for mechanical execution like proper parries and dodges. If you can just spam dodge and parry and have the boss be damage sponges I see this game falling off quick. TLDR: Add Milenia from Elden ring 😂

For me coop isn't important. It's nice that it's in the game and im interested to see what they can add or change to make it more fun. Right now, it doesn't look too appealing to me. I'll take my rewards and go back to singleplayer. I'll be waiting for that combat video you're cooking up Also, Anton reminds me about Kamina, especially his drill. I might main him alongside Billy and pierce the heavens!

I don't need it to be great to personally enjoy the game but it would be nice to have especially for some fun content on my end! I'm cooking up the combat video as we speak! Also I love that I find more Gurren Lagann fans like myself lol

I wish they check back on Hi3's co-op as well and make it bosses harder bosses specially if co-op modes of zzz finds success.
