this video has helped me heal as i listened I cried and thought about how badly others have treated me and i realized that it was a reflection of their pain and let it out on me something told me that im not bad & to love myself unconditionally. This tone made me realise that I know longer have to feel guility or ashamed of who I am because of the addictions I have, they do not define me as I thought they did, I am not a bad person because of my addictions, just makes me realise that I am human because of my addictions, my addictions are not stopping me from being happy, I am the one stopping me from being happy, because I don't like myself because of my addictions, first step in healing myself from all of my addictions is to start loving myself so I realise that I am worthy of a loving, happy, free life, rather then telling myself I am worthless and then proceed to use one of my addictions as a coping mechanism

My dad is fighting COVID right now and it sucks seeing him cough so badly, too weak to get up and walk to eat. But he does it anyway, he’s a strong man.. BUT STUBBORN! It’s amazing to see that after 15min (after secretly going in to his room to play this in the background while he slept) his coughing seized all together and slept thru the night!! In the mornings I play 7 chakra balancing frequencies in my room loud so he can hear it whenever his coughing gets bad. I would like to ask a favor..It would mean the world to me if we could all, for just a moment in time, create the feeling with our hearts in the belief as if my father is already healed..
