I love the idea of them backlit with tea candles. I think I'll make them for each place settings at Thanksgiving dinner.

"Proteges" vs "prototypes" - I love it! And I was thinking battery tea lights would be awesome, and there they were... simply evanescent! Stunning 🙂

I have a question. I have ocd and I understand that everyonrs art is different but what I don't get is, take Knightsbridge for example, how do you know which direction to take. Hope this makes sense

Hi! Do you have their books to help you see the tangles? Also, remember their mantra, One Stroke at a Time. Take a breath before each stroke. Relax. Remember - there are No Mistakes.

If your first stroke sort of goes along one of the sides, all the other strokes in that direction will go parallel to the first. Turn your tile, then make a stroke that forms a diamond shape with the first. All the strokes in the second direction will go parallel to that stroke. Maybe do it in pencil first to be comfortable. Good luck!
