I tried to apply online about 3 times with my bosses but didn't get feed back. I would like to know what if l have my expired Asylum forms can l bring them forward to the Home Affairs Office.

You are correct as per government perspective but there can be an agenda around this whole issue, why is the minister not saying people wait until he has done what the courts have said before rushing the zeps to go to GWP. What will happen after the expiry of this GWP are they going to give us another waiver for permanent residence since they know we clearly will not meet the requirements then. We may be being fooled by being taken out from this exemption programme

I have a burning question that needs Clarity. Why is the Minister forging ahead with these decisions before the PAJA directive is fully implemented as per the court judgment? The minister is in violation of that PAJA directive already. Was he not supposed to put a moratorium/ freeze on all applications pending the formation of the advisory board and consultation before issuing guidance on the way forward.

I think much or rather enough has been said about zep. I think its now time people concentrate on applying those who haven't and those who have applied wait for their outcomes. It my belief that you have covered all concerning zep applications what you are doing now is repeating yourself but in different terminology. You have covered from how to apply for a waiver and what documents are required. You have explained that due to the circular waivers are no longer required zep holders must apply straight to vfs you also read the documents required then what else. I personally don't see any need for further videos.
