Homestead in 1980 when I was living there reminds me of Zephyrhills now.In 1980 Homestead had a population of around 20,000 now which was 16 percent hispanic now it's about 70 percent hispanic with a population of 80,000 .The stats are similiar in Zephyrhills now as with Homestead in 1980 with a very fast growing hispanic population in Zephyrhills that will become a majority in a few decades. Back then Homestead was full of retiree trailer parks like Zephyrhills is now until the Hurricane demolished them in 1992.

I just got back to Florida after spending a week in Arizona. It looks very different from Florida but at least in the Phoenix area it’s oddly similar. The first thing I saw after leaving the airport was an RV flying down the road with no windshield. Same scene different place.

Zephyrhills Water is definitely purified and filtered at their factory.There's another Zephyrhills water plant near High Springs Florida which most likely not spring water from Zephyrhills.

Lots of drug dealers in that town and homeless people there most of them are on drugs. I moved away because it was so much dealings around my place.

10:00 small town people recognize out of town random people (you) driving and lurking in their neighborhood not minding their own business.

I've lived here nearly all my life. Born just up the road in Dade City. This is NOT a "sundown town" as another viewer asked below. While it's true that drugs are to blame for the condition of the south side of town (think C Ave to the 39/301 split), recently the cost of rent, low wages and other economic downfalls have plagued our town. Rent prices are sky. Unfortunately, over half your video was focused on the poorer part of the town. We are a very culturally diverse town. The "snowbirds" boost our economy and population during the winter and the locals keep it going the rest of the year.

While I don’t agree with your town’s orientation i am no one to judge you for what you do with those snowbirds. Its not my cup of tea, but hey to each their own.

Imagine doing burnouts on a set of 1000 dollar plus set of tires lol ,No Thanks Awd or Traction launch control for me. It's like you ever notice how people in the hood have money to pop fireworks for 3 or 4 hours , literally money up in smoke que manera de comer mier.

Lol I've had a few Cuban tacos but they were mixed with White all Amrican, Nicas, Puerto Rican, but my favorites are the Columbian, and German mixed Taco combo meals, those right there hit the spot !!!!❤
