Are you talking about the movie or the latest chapter? If you're talking about the chapter I'm pretty sure Mashima is going to reveal some more information about time travel in this upcoming week's chapter. But if you're asking about the movie, I don't think the Phoenix plays into time travel in the manga. The movie is more of a side story. So basically: No information about time travel has been revealed yet, but I know Mashima said he would reveal the secret about Natsu's age in the future! :)
