Talk to someone in their 90’s and ask how old they feel. You’d be surprised. It’s how you look after yourself, it’s minding your mental health and it’s reminding yourself that in 30 years after turning 30 you’ll look back and realise you had so much life in you and that you shouldn’t worry about your age, just live life. The same goes for that 60 year old you… when you’re 90, try tell yourself you were old at 60 let alone 30. I know this will be a laughing point for most people and won’t even read this, they’ll just say I’m old and move on. To those people, that’s fine. I don’t care. To those who need to hear that as long as you’re alive and have life in you, live and don’t let comments make you dread a thing. You’re young. And you won’t know it until you’re truly old.
