Zermatt bro if you are referring to the yellow powder thing that looks like sand, it could be corn meal which is used when the dough is slapped into a pizza. It helps the dough from sticking together on the surface it touches during prep! Coming from when I worked in Dominos during my college days! Well done on slamming those pizzas!
