@@Jorg05111980 I totally agree, but "Simple Things" is much more "Musical advanced" if you get what I mean ... the compositions are much more complex, with more musicians & different instruments involved. Also, each song is a unique masterpiece, even the ones with the same vocalists involved, while several songs on "Moon Safari" sound similar. Nevertheless I absolutely love both albums!

2001 building site at Gatwick airport, Destiny came on the radio and it stopped me in my tracks because I was 30 Years old and mad in love with a beautiful raven haired woman I'd met and on that day I fell mad in love with Zero 7 too, me and the lady had a beautiful girl born to us 3 years later and she grew up with Zero 7 reverberating through our home. love love and love xxxxx

Great description! It hit me exactly the same my friend. I can remember the day the exact song came on and I was in hospital at the time with kidney failure. Not to put a downer on things but I was feeling depressed and that. And destiny came on and it felt like someone put their arms underneath me and lifted me up and I felt the happiest and calmest I'd felt in ages. Not stopped listening to them since, would absolutely love the opportunity to see them live, I don't think it'll ever happen. But one can hope. God bless!

It was 20 years ago when I was based in the UK I first heard of Zero 7. I got sent to Iraq & the songs from Simple Things helped me make it through some very stressful times. I would play "This World" every night to get me to sleep. An Amazing track.

Discovered Zero 7 when I was 14 and staying in a hotel with my parents on a mountain in Umbria, Italy. Still listening to their music on a weekly basis. The first three albums are magical.
