Polynomial are those expressions whose power or exponent of the variable in the expression is in non negative integer or you can say whole number. 0x^-1, here the power is in negative integer thus it is not a polynomial, since its not a polynomial as a result it is also not a zero polynomial. and for your anwser, a zero polynomial is a polynomial when we simplify the expression we gets 0 as its answer. 0x^-1 = 0/x^1 = 0/x (formula: a^-m=1/a^m). The Answer we get 0/x which is not 0, hence its not a zero polynomial

agar constant polynomial ma dusra kohi power lagaoge toh answer change hojayega for example 5 is a constant polynomial we can write 5 as 5x^0 (because x^0 = 1 : so replacing x^0 in the expression 5x^0 with 1 as a result we get 5*1=5) same if we do with changing power other than 0 in constant expression for example 5x^1=5x (because x^1=x) So at the last, it is compulsory that the degree of a non zero (natural numbers) constant polynomial is 0 or you can say that 0 is compulsory to put as power or exponent of constant polynomial (variable), you can't put any other power.

Nope man x cube is a also a monomial..... Any polynomial which has only one term simple as that every constant polynomial is also a monomial.... But note zero polynomial is also a monomial but there are other also other than zero polynomial and constant polynomial
