It's a modern day Hoover Constellation which I love. A good quality machine that is a good budget option for a miele or sebo canister.

Just received my Zero G vacuum today. Motor head is great. Larger than I expected which is great. Very easy to use vacuum. The attachments are very solid and well made as is the vacuum. Everything was beautifully pack for shipment. Great job. Only complaint I have is that there is no way to reduce the suction for more delicate items.

Love this vacuum but not having a cord rewind is a big deal to me. I understand budget, weight, and size play into that, but that keeps it from being a quick go to vacuum for quick messes for me.
@hannaha43054 жыл бұрын
At that price, and being a canister no cord rewind is a deal breaker.
@karlk93164 жыл бұрын
My guess is that you could wrap the cord above the cord's connection to the vacuum. This would allow you to lift the wrapped cord up and off for quick messes. A future product enhancement of a pivoting cord retainer on the body above the cord connection would be a helpful feature.

The vacuum test of the Miele Cat and Dog C3 indicated that the Miele has better vacuum; 90" sealed vacuum, 55" working vacuum versus the ZeroG F3d 80" sealed vacuum and 45" working vacuum. Does that make the Miele better at vacuuming? Also, I haven't seen an exhaust particle test, is it as good as a Miele with a HEPA filter?

I’m so confused as to why these high end vacuums never have a light on the front. When I use a vacuum with a light I see all the debris I missed with non lighted vacuums that gets snow plowed around or just missed.
@PerformanceReviews4 жыл бұрын
It's interesting you say that, it's definitely a feature I like. The future for headlights does look bright with manufacturers Like Lindhaus &SEBO bringing headlights back into their lineup slowly. However for the price that this machine is sold for I think it's an acceptable compromise.

I am in need of a new vacuum after having a Hoover self propelled. I have Berber carpet and just discovered the carpet is full of dog hair. I do not know if it because of the Berber or the vacuum. What vacuum would you recommend for Berber? It is grossing me out that small black dog hair has not been removed from the carpet. Using tape roller to pick up the dog hair.

Deb W I read that it’s better to use straight suction no berber

I am enjoying my ZeroG vacuum. Curious if your vacuum is like this. There is no hole in the black wand so it can snap in place. However, there is a metal ball on the hose handle which one can press down. On most vacuums the wand has a hole in it for that ball to fit in. Thus locking the wand onto the handle. I wonder if this is deliberate or a manufacturing over sight. I have sent ZeroG an email to find out.
@PerformanceReviews4 жыл бұрын
Mine came with two wands. when was a metal telescoping wand which did lock into place both on the power head and hose. The plastic wand and other accessories did not. Hope that answers your question if not feel free to send me a dm on IG

I am very, very intrigued by this vacuum. I’ve never considered a canister vacuum before but I am strongly considering purchasing one of these. You and some other KZbin reviewers that I trust pretty much give it glowing reviews. I wonder though why when I Google best all around vacs or best canister vacs the zero g seldom comes up. It’s usually Miele and Sebos that are championed. I’m somewhat of a vacuum newbie trying to learn as much as I can as quickly as I can. In your opinion does the zero g compare favorably with the big boys (Miele, Sebo etc.)? Would you hazard a guess as to why the zero g isn’t really receiving a lot of love on the reviewing sites? I appreciate your time and would greatly appreciate your opinion and thoughts on this. Thanks, Tom Flynn

I'm wondering how loud it is or if you have a decibel rating? Also, how long do quality vacuums in this category typically last (on average)? Thank you!
@PerformanceReviews3 жыл бұрын
It's about 60 some decibels. But it's got a certain toner pitch to it that's very unique. Most vacuums last 10 to 20 years in this category. You should expect that sort of service out of this machine.

I'm in the market for a new vacuum for carpet, tile, and hardwood floors, and the Zero-G seems like it may be a contender. I don't know if I should buy a Sebo or Miele or this one. Did you notice if there was dust,dirt or hair moving and stirred up into the air when vacuuming on hardwood? One would think this would be an issue with a vacuum that blows down on the floor.

What are your thoughts on this vs the Sebo Dart? House is about 50/50 between carpet and hardwood. I've never spent this much on a vacuum so the 10 year Sebo warranty gives me some peace of mind especially considering the ZeroG hasn't been out too long but the ZeroG has me really intrigued.
