Yeah. I got these for Christmas and bought a torx key set to adjust the screws to no avail. Lucky I still had my old clippers and switched out the screws. Took me seconds.

I've had mine for a year and change & mine cut great with a few modifications.. charge doesn't last that long tho, they'll start dying in the middle of your cut... Fully charged you can do 2 good cuts.. i like them for quick tapering & cutting afros

Hi friend, thank you for the video! If before the zero gapping the cut length is 0.8mm, what is the cut length after? And if the length can be modified to be the same as the Magic Clip for example, why they are advertised as 0.8mm instead of 0.3/0.5mm? TY

What the difference of the "premium smooth cut precision" blade on the ions and the other regular "precision" blades ?

Has anyone else had issue with the blades on the lithium ions getting hot? Also, does anyone know the part number for a replacement blade? Having the hardest time finding one.

those Walmart lithium ions have the same motor as the magic clips but they come with a trimmer and all the Wahl color guards and the precission blade that is a good taper blade for only 50 bucks

It looks like your two blade pieces stay together after they are removed. Mine will not stay together and after I tighten the screws, the smaller blade keeps moving, making the alignment pointless. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please? (Wahl Lithium ion cordless seen at 2:55)

It's called a torx head. I bought a torx key set for about 10 dollars. The size is T20 works perfectly. Also T15 worked as well.

yes you need to change them brother....i sometimes use mine as a shaver after chaning them

I believe you can get them on ebay, yes that's the only way brother that i know of.

go to 2:07 and you will see why, one allows adjustments (movement of the blades) and the other does not.

It is the design of the screws/threads that prevent you from zero gapping. Not the head of the screw.
