Unsure if these are specifically tied to the active threat for the day. If tomorrow repeats day 1 with arc threat and the paths are the same, it'll be fairly safe to assume that's how they line up (like the original). If so, I'll make one final video with all 6 versions (3 threats, normal and legend), and that'll be it.

I died on the outer wall jumping bit, rezzed...in mid fucking air and promptly died again. Rinse, repeat. Nothing I could do but quit back to orbit. That was such a pisser.

It boggles my mind that Bungie decided to make the Legend version of the mission require trial and error to figure out when it also slashes the time limit in half. If a player tries to do this blind it's likely to force them to require two full runs of the mission just execute the puzzle solution, and there's no way any decent level designer would think that's a good idea. Right?

Thats what i was thinking, trial and error is not fun, especially like you said, in half the time. Maybe if there was an extra step to make the solution appear on the wall on legend then it would be okay

How does changing the puzzle require trial and error at the very end of a mission with a possible penalty of requiring the mission to be redone from the beginning make said mission more fun to play? Personally I don't think it's fun needing to brute force the solution and then redo the mission because I ran down the clock at the finish line. If the answer to a game design decision is to alt-tab away from the game and find the solution online then I think that it detracts from the experience. I think that Bungie made the mission worse with this decision.

Not really, but if you can get somwhat close to the exit, you can use eager edge

I've not been able to well skate past it and I tried several times. It incinerates you even after you pass all the way through the square room.

If ur in a fire team u can shatter skate to the end and then wait for someone to revive u

I was able to shatter skate, i got to the tiny ledge that's near the plates, i hit it from their and made it all the way through. The room does go up in flames but seems my hunter is super fast and makes it across not cooked. :D
