Good evening sir charansparsh. Today's editorial is based on the chief justice of India flagging relevance of Sec 124A. It is gratifying to note that Chief Justice of India Nv Ramana has flagged the relevance of 124A in the statute of IPC after the independence of India. He said sec 124A was legal and used to suppress the freedom movement. Along with the claims that 124 A has been rampantly used by the police to suppress the dissent. Uncountable in 1962 the Supreme Court upheld 124A and issue guidelines to prevent sedition. Any action by word or writing to overthrow the government will include the sedition charges. Yet CJI has flagging to repeal. The Parliament also put forward to repeal the sedition but not succeed. The eighteen law constitutional paper pointed out that any act to suppress the dissent of people against freedom of speech. The government must consider it

Good evening sir charansparsh Today, the editorial is based on sharing water during scarcity. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana must focus on the conservation of water and hydel energy rather than on new projects. The Union Jal shaki minister has set up a permanent Board for water management for Telangana and Andra Pradesh but recently Telangana has stopped the flow of water resources to Andra Pradesh owing to construct new hydel power project to provide water in the irrigation system. The river Kaveri and Krishna water has long been disputed over Andra Pradesh and Telangana. Telangana has filed a petition in the Supreme Court for the distribution of water but the jurisdiction over water disputes the union decisions are final. the union government has urges to focus on water conservation and hydel energy generation rather than focusing on new projects.
